Job description

We are growth partners for over 100 of the largest German B2C brands such as AG1, AirUp, TOOM Baumarkt & Smilodox and are currently looking for Creative Strategists (m/w/d).

As Influencer & Creator Marketing Manager (m/w/d) you will be responsible for building and maintaining creator partnerships for our brands on TikTok and ensuring that the right creators sell the right products authentically.

Remote possible. You can expect flexible working hours as well as an attractive remuneration.

Tasks

Self-responsible management of creator partnerships for top brands in DACH
Identification, approach and onboarding of new creator partners
Steering and optimization of ongoing collaborations with a view to performance and revenue
Tight cooperation with the founders
Top 1% Influencer Marketing Training worth over 100k€+

Qualification

Demonstrable experience in influencer marketing – ideally in an agency or brand environment
A good feeling for creator trends and what converts on social media
Strong communicative skills – you can inspire people and bind them long-term
Full availability and the willingness to go the extra mile

Benefits

Salary: 4,000€ - 8,000€ per month
