Influencer & Affiliate Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You will manage and develop our influencer and affiliate partnerships with a focus on reach, authenticity, and revenue.
• You will research suitable creators, assess their potential, and select cooperation partners with a good instinct for the brand and target audience.
• You will build new partnerships and sustainably strengthen existing relationships.
• You will coordinate briefings, product shipments, campaigns, and content approvals.
• You will monitor which collaborations are truly effective and derive the next steps from them.
• You will develop new ideas for creator campaigns, UGC, and authentic content that brings our brand to life.
• You will build out our affiliate marketing in a structured way with a focus on long-term growth.
• You will work closely with marketing, content, and e-commerce and actively contribute your ideas.

Qualification

• Experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or creator management in e-commerce.
• A good feel for brands, people, and authentic communication.
• Enjoy building networks and nurturing relationships long-term.
• A structured, independent way of working and a desire for operational implementation.
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a good feel for tonality.
• Confident handling of numbers and performance metrics.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Optional: Connection to equestrian sports or genuine interest in the world of horses.
