Department : SAD Pediatric / Complex Care

Dates & Hours :

When : immediately

- Block 1 : Monday to Friday from 20h to 24h / Wednesday from 9h to 13h (mobile day according to availability) / 1 Saturday/2 from 12h to 20h.

- Block 2 : Weekend work : Saturday and Sunday from 20h to 24h / 1 Saturday/2 daytime.

- Block 3 : Wednesday from 13h to 18h / Friday from 13h to 18h / Occasional weekend evenings (from 18h to 24h) / Occasional daytime Saturdays (hours to be determined).

- Department : SAD Pediatric / Complex Care

About the mandate :

Services SFT is looking for nurses to fill mandates in SAD Pediatric / Complex Care at Val David. We offer a stimulating, human, and quality-focused work environment.

Main responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a hospital environment.
• Evaluate patients' medical and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure effective communication with families regarding patients' health and needs.
• Participate in case management to ensure continuity of care.
• Train and supervise auxiliary personnel, if necessary.

Requirements :

• Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Nursing.
• Member in good standing of the Ordre des Infirmières et Infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
• Complex care for a 15-year-old dependent patient with AVD-AVQ.
• Pediatric experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Sense of organization, professionalism, and autonomy.
