For one of our clients, a specialized psychiatric establishment, we are actively seeking several : Specialized Psychiatric Nurses (M/F) Your mission: Ensure patient care and follow-up in a psychiatric setting. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a global and adapted approach. Participate in the implementation of individualized therapeutic projects. Ensure compliance with care protocols and safety procedures. Contribute to preventive measures and quality improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their loved ones. Respect patient autonomy and confidentiality. Maintain accurate records and reports. Participate in training and professional development activities. Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in psychiatric nursing.
