You will provide individualized and coordinated care to the elderly residents within a dedicated facility.
- Assess the health status of residents and develop adapted care plans
- Administer prescribed treatments and monitor their effects in accordance with protocols
- Coordinate interventions with nursing, medical, and paramedical teams
- Support residents and their loved ones by fostering listening, dignity, and maintaining autonomy
- Ensure traceability of care and ensure the application of hygiene and safety rules.

- State Nursing Diploma required, new graduates accepted.
