JOB OFFER – Nursing Specialist / Clinical Nurse

About the mandate:

Services SFT is looking for nurses and clinical nurses to fill mandates in CHSLD/ medicine and emergencies. We offer a stimulating, human, and quality-focused work environment.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a hospital environment.
• Evaluate patients' medical and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure effective communication with families regarding patients' health and needs.
• Participate in case management to ensure continuity of care.
• Train and supervise auxiliary personnel, if necessary.

Requirements:

• Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Nursing.
• Member in good standing of the Ordre des Infirmières et Infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
• Prior experience in the targeted department.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Sense of organization, professionalism, and autonomy.
