Job description
We are recruiting engaged nurses for the West Montérégie region.
You are a Nursing Specialist or Nursing Technician with a proven experience of at least one year and you want to be part of a dynamic and professional team in the city of Valleyfield.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Evaluating patients' health needs and providing appropriate care.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans.
- Administering medications and treatments according to directives.
- Ensuring a rigorous follow-up of patient files and interventions.
- Providing emotional support to patients and their families.
Requirements:
- Recognized nursing diploma and registration with the OIIQ (Ordre des Infirmiers et Infirmières du Québec).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital or similar setting.
- Excellent communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
