SFT Services is a specialized agency for the placement of healthcare professionals. We are currently looking for an experienced nurse for remote regions.

Description:

As a nurse, your responsibilities will be:

- Providing adapted nursing care to patients' specific needs at home

- Evaluating and monitoring patients' health status, in collaboration with the medical team

- Administering medications and providing necessary treatments

- Ensuring wound and dressing care

- Informing patients and their families about certain health aspects.

- Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

- Monitoring, evaluating, documenting, and recording symptoms and changes in patients' conditions.

Requirements: :

- DEC in nursing

- Member of OIIQ: Order of Nurses and Nurses of Quebec

- RCR up to date

- Proven experience of one year in a healthcare network

- Experience in CME, post-partum, and pediatrics

- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions

- Excellent communication and aid skills

- Available to work flexible hours

- Advanced knowledge of the French language
