About the position

We are looking for a dedicated Physical Health Nurse (M/F) to join our healthcare team at the Magdalen Islands

This position offers an opportunity to evolve in a stimulating and rewarding medical environment in remote regions.

Mission :

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients.
• Evaluate patients' medical and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure effective communication with families regarding patients' health and needs.
• Participate in case management to ensure continuity of care, particularly in home care or assisted living contexts.

Requirements

• Diploma in Nursing Science and valid practice permit.
• Member of the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ);
• Pertinent experience in active care (short-term): medicine or surgery
• Available to work full-time, on all shifts (day, evening, night, and weekends).
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of care for patients.
