🐼 Why Prévenir

Prévenir is a new Inter-company Prevention and Occupational Health Service (SPSTI) in the Île-de-France region.

Our ambition is to rethink occupational health to improve its impact on employees' lives and the experience of healthcare professionals, by leveraging Alan's technological resources.

Our first medical center opened its doors at 117 Quai de Valmy (Paris 10th arrondissement) and this is just the beginning!

💉 The role, in concrete terms

You will work as an Occupational Health Nurse within a multidisciplinary team (occupational physicians, occupational safety and health technicians, occupational health nurses specialized in risk prevention) with whom you will co-construct Prévenir's practice. Your time will be divided between:

• Individual visits, both in-person at the Valmy center (Paris 10th arrondissement) and remotely, under a delegation protocol with the occupational physician, for early detection of at-risk situations (disability, psychosocial risks, addiction)

• Prevention actions in the workplace during the dedicated third of your time: individual and group interventions, thematic webinars (musculoskeletal disorders, psychosocial risks, lifestyle, screen time...), digital resources, innovative prevention pathways

• Innovation and continuous improvement: testing and deployment of new digital tools in occupational health, advising the Prévenir team on tools and procedures to implement, contributing to protocol optimization, etc.

• Depending on experience: participation in the disability prevention committee, handling return-to-work visits and on-demand visits under a delegation protocol.

What's different from a traditional SPSTI:

• A multidisciplinary team to co-construct. You are not joining a fixed service: you will help define the role of the Occupational Health Nurse at Prévenir, the delegation protocols with the physicians, and the interfaces with the occupational safety and health technicians and specialized nurses.

• Digital tools co-developed with you. A team of Alan engineers and designers works with healthcare professionals to develop the tools they need—medical data management systems, prevention pathways, webinar materials, AI experiments.

• The blend of in-person and remote work designed as a professional advantage. You meet employees and companies on-site when it's useful, and you have the time and tools to provide quality remote prevention the rest of the time.

👤 The ideal candidate

Essential:

• State Diploma of Nurse

• Training in occupational health (DIUST, AFOMETRA, or equivalent)

• 3 years of experience in occupational health after DIUST

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships with employees and member companies

Ideally:

• Enjoys multidisciplinary teamwork and co-construction

• Curious about digital tools and AI applied to healthcare practice

• Comfortable facilitating webinars or group workshops, both in-person and online

• Salary range of €35,000 to €50,000 per year, depending on profile
