Registered Nurse Stroke Unit, (50 -100%)
Your tasks – our position
- Ensure professional care for patients and guarantee care adapted to their needs, in consultation with their relatives
- Contribute to evidence-based quality of care and participate in the continuous improvement process
- Promote targeted, solution-oriented collaboration within the interprofessional care team
- Ensure future professional knowledge by enthusiastically mentoring and supporting our apprentices
Your skills – our expectations
- Diploma as a registered nurse (ES/HES)
- Professional experience in acute medicine or desire to gain professional experience.
- Independent, strong sense of responsibility, and high demand for work quality
- Organized and conscientious work ethic
- Teamwork ability, flexibility, stress resistance
- Communication in German or French (both oral and written) and knowledge of the other language
