Job description
The Fondation Santé des Étudiants de France is a recognized public utility institution, specializing in the care of adolescents and young adults aged 12 to 25. It welcomes over 10,000 patients annually in 26 establishments across France. It offers comprehensive care combining medical treatments, psychological support, and educational continuity through close partnership with the Ministry of National Education, allowing for the presence of teaching staff. Join the FSEF Clinic as a Nurse in the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (MPR) Department and actively contribute to the rehabilitation and well-being of our patients.
The Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation department has 80 beds, including 30 beds in day hospital and 50 beds in full hospitalization, spread over two floors. The age range of patients is from 14 to 55 years. The department's missions cover medical and therapeutic care, patient support and reintegration, institutional organization of care, as well as expertise and public health missions.
Reporting to the Nursing Manager of the MPR department, your main missions are:
- Nursing care (50%): assess patients' health status, provide prescribed care and care within your scope of practice, administer treatments, monitor clinical evolution (including psychiatric symptoms), prevent complications, support rehabilitation, and carry out educational actions with patients and their families.
- Care coordination (15%): participate in multidisciplinary meetings, ensure handovers, coordinate actions with other professionals, and contribute to the quality process.
- Administrative and logistical management (25%): ensure the maintenance of care records, manage stocks of equipment and medications, and participate in the development of protocols.
- Supervision and training (10%): supervise students and contribute to continuous training and the improvement of professional practices.
Working hours: 12-hour shifts.
