Job description
La de Nant organises all public healthcare services in the Est vaudois region. It assumes responsibility for public health at the request of the Vaud department. Its healthcare services are open to all, children, adolescents, adults and elderly people living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron and Riviera-Pays-d'Enhaut. They are provided by Psychologists, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Assistants, and other mental health professionals. La de Nant is a member of various professional associations and networks, including the Swiss Association of Public Health Nursing (ASPHN) and the International Council of Nurses (ICN). Its services include healthcare consultations, health education, and support for patients with chronic illnesses or disabilities. The nurse will work in collaboration with other healthcare professionals to develop individualised care plans and provide ongoing support to patients and their families.
