Remuneration : $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year

We are looking for a nurse or clinical nurse specialist to affect in different hospitals in the province of New Brunswick.
Your main mission will be to identify needs and participate in planning, organization, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care in accordance with the philosophy, objectives, and policies of the hospital and nursing care. Ensure continuous surveillance of patient health. Anticipate potential patient complications and be able to intervene quickly in emergency situations. The incumbent may have to work on all nursing care units and accompany a patient during a transfer.
Requirements :
- Registration with the New Brunswick Association of Nurses;
- Relevant clinical experience of at least one (1) year acquired in the last five (5) years;
- Valid certificate in immediate care in resuscitation (SIR);
- Course in cardiac arrhythmia to be completed according to the schedule set;
- Certificate in critical care nursing or equivalent or obtain according to the schedule set;
- Certificate in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) or obtain according to the schedule set;
- Certificate in pediatric advanced life support (PALS) or obtain according to the schedule set;
- Certificate in non-violent crisis intervention;
- Course in triage (ETG) to be completed according to the schedule set;
- SUCCESS of certification programs for delegated medical acts specific to emergency situations according to the schedule set;
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously;
- Physical ability to perform assigned work;
- Good work record (productivity and attendance);
- Adherence to professional ethics principles, the philosophy of management, and organizational values;
- Respect for confidentiality rules of the Vitalité Health Network.
