- Hold the State Diploma of Nurse or equivalent recognized
- Master nursing techniques with rigor and precision
- Possess excellent communication and empathy skills
- Know how to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrate an ability to adapt quickly to unforeseen situations
