NURSE (IDE) IN 10H – DAILY BINOME – NATURAL LEADER (M/F)

Job titles or functions are declaimed in both masculine and feminine forms. Forget about racing against time. As a Nurse (IDE), you are the guarantor of patient safety and the conductor of clinical coordination.
Your daily routine will be paced by :
Clinical expertise: You ensure health status surveillance, treatment management, and technical care delivery (dressings, blood samples, injections).
Care leadership: You coordinate the work of caregivers and actively participate in developing personalized care projects.
Human relationships: You are the privileged interlocutor for families and treating physicians, ensuring a permanent bond of trust.
Prevention: You analyze emergency situations and implement necessary protocols to ensure resident comfort and safety.
Your working conditions (the real 'pluses'):
Organization: A 10-hour schedule designed to offer a better balance between your professional and personal life.
Secure binome: You never work alone: the presence of 2 IDEs per day, staggered to ensure seamless handovers.
Rhythm: Work every other weekend.
Benefits: Remuneration according to profile, modern working environment, and access to continuous training. You are imperatively required to hold a State Diploma in Nursing (IDE).
