Functions or titles are presented in both feminine and masculine forms. Your missions:
Ensure the continuity and quality of nursing care (clinical monitoring, wound dressing, medication management...).
Work in close collaboration with the multidisciplinary team (nursing assistants, coordinating physician) to guarantee personalized and compassionate care.
Ensure the traceability of care and proper maintenance of medical records.
Be a reassuring point of contact for residents and a privileged interlocutor for their loved ones. You hold a State Diploma in Nursing (IDE).
Whether you are a beginner or experienced, your kindness, your rigor, and your passion for supporting the elderly will make the difference.
You appreciate teamwork and know how to be adaptable to the different shifts of the day.
