As a Registered Nurse (M/F) on a permanent contract, you will join a close-knit team of 5 RNs to ensure the continuity of care and the safety of residents. Your role is central to this dynamic of restored stability. Your main daily tasks: You ensure the distribution of therapeutics and the carrying out of technical care (dressings, injections, capillary blood glucose). You coordinate the work of nursing assistants and ensure the proper application of care protocols. You actively participate in multidisciplinary transmissions to guarantee personalized follow-up. You ensure the traceability of your interventions via the Netsoins software. You maintain a relationship of trust and kindness with families and residents. Conditions and Benefits: Work rhythm: A stable schedule with 10 hours of effective work (7am-7:15pm or 8am-8:15pm shift). Cycle: Long week (4 days) / Short week (3 days) with one weekend out of two worked. Rest time: You benefit from 2 hours of real break per day (including lunch break and two 30-minute breaks). Remuneration: Salary from €2400 gross / month (excluding bonuses). Seniority: Resumption at 100% upon presentation of your proof.
