Nurse – Surgery – Saint-Croix Hospital – Drummondville (Mauricie)

SFT Services is looking for passionate nurses to join our dynamic team in surgery at Saint-Croix Hospital in Drummondville (Mauricie). We need qualified professionals for day, evening, and night shifts.

Vos responsabilités

As a nurse in surgery, you will be expected to :

• Provide high-quality care to patients before and after surgical interventions.
• Evaluate patients' health status and implement appropriate interventions.
• Monitor post-operative evolution and detect any potential complications.
• Administer prescribed treatments and medications.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient follow-up.
• Participate in patient and family education regarding care and convalescence.

Exigences

• Recognized diploma in nursing.
• Registration with the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
• Experience in a hospital setting, ideally in surgery.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Availability for flexible hours, including day, evening, and night shifts.
• Mastery of French is essential; knowledge of English is an asset.

Conditions du mandat

• Full-time
• Start: as soon as possible
• $50/hour
