DOMINO CARE, a temporary employment agency specializing in the social, medico-social, medical, and paramedical sector, is recruiting a NURSE (M/F) to work in a laboratory and at collection centers, located in the NANCY (54) area and surroundings. In the short term, you will inform and select donors and contribute to their retention. You will perform whole blood and/or apheresis collections and participate in the smooth running of the collection. You will evolve within a multidisciplinary team of experts alongside whom you will learn daily. As part of your onboarding, you will benefit from personalized support allowing you to perform your duties autonomously. Under the authority of the collection manager and assigned to the Nancy site, your main missions will be to participate in blood collections organized in mobile teams and at fixed sites. To this end, you will: - Welcome, inform donors and contribute to their retention. - Participate in the preparation and setup of the collection, welcome and ensure the donor's comfort. - Perform all types of collections in accordance with instructions and procedures, monitor the donation and the donor. - Prepare the packaging and transport of blood bags and test tubes. - Participate in the training of interns, replacements, or new hires. - Participate in donation promotion activities. Whether in mobile collection or at a fixed site in our pleasant and renovated donation centers, wherever you are, you will be part of a collective adventure. Working hours are in the afternoon, early evening during mobile collections (average range 2:00 PM - 9:30 PM maximum return 10:30 PM).
