- Ensure initial patient needs assessment and establish personalized care plans
- Administer prescribed medical treatments while respecting established protocols
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care pathways

Our client's proposal for this position is as follows:
- Contract: CDD
- Duration: 2 months
- Salary: €12/hour For our client, we are looking for a dynamic and empathetic nurse to work at a Continuing Care and Rehabilitation facility.
- Hold a State Diploma in Nursing
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Keen sense of organization and priority management
- Commitment to the quality of care and patient well-being
