In a post-acute and rehabilitation care facility, you will provide quality care to patients during the day.
- Ensure the daily nursing care of patients
- Collaborate closely with the medical team for treatment monitoring
- Actively participate in the development of personalized care plans
- Ensure the proper maintenance of medical records and the transmission of necessary information
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of care practices and the support of patients and their families

- Contract: Permanent contract
- Salary: 14.01 euros/hour Registered Nurse sought for a day position in a post-acute and rehabilitation care facility, with 5 years of experience required.
- Mastery of nursing care in rehabilitation and post-therapeutic follow-up
- Excellent ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Listening skills and empathy towards patients and their families
- Holder of the State Diploma of Nurse
- Skills in managing and coordinating care in a structured environment
