Within an team composed of 3 Nurses h/f per day, including weekends, and one night nurse, your main missions will be as follows :
- Ensure daily surveillance of the health status of residents
- Administer medical treatments according to established prescriptions
- Collaborate closely with the medical team to personalize care
- Participate in the development and implementation of care projects
- Guarantee the transmission of essential information to the healthcare team
Presence of a medical secretary for organizing appointments and administrative tasks.
Medical presence on the establishment 5 days a week.
If you hold a qualification, such as wounds and cicatrisations, Hygiene, Palliative Care..., you will benefit from an additional premium. Otherwise, you will be accompanied to obtain one of these certifications.
- Contract: CDI
- Salary above the collective agreement. For example: for IDE with 3 years of seniority: €2841 gross monthly
- CSE benefits, gift checks
- Prizes and interest Le Nurse (F/H) position within an elderly care establishment requires essential technical and relational skills.
- Possess a State Diploma in Nursing to practice in a medical professional environment
- Demonstrate great listening and empathy towards an aging and vulnerable population
- Ensure rigorous and adapted care for the specific needs of residents
- Show excellent organization to manage daily tasks efficiently
- Collaborate harmoniously within a multidisciplinary team dedicated to the quality of care
