Responsibilities: • Assist the operating room team in preparing and maintaining equipment, instruments, and supplies; • Participate in the sterilization and disinfection of equipment and materials; • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow; • Maintain accurate records and reports on equipment maintenance and inventory; • Perform other tasks as required by the operating room team. Requirements: • Diploma or degree in instrumentation, medical technology, or related field; • Minimum 2 years of experience in an operating room setting; • Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies; • Excellent communication and teamwork skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; • Familiarity with hospital policies and procedures.
