Nurse (HES/ES or CRS Recognition) for the Canton of Neuchâtel

Adecco Adecco Medical Bienne is recruiting: Nurses with a recognized diploma in HES, ES, or CRS recognition to strengthen teams at several EMS partners located in the canton of Neuchâtel. We are looking for reliable, available, and motivated professionals to perform missions on a punctual, daily, weekly, or according to your availability. Responsibilities Nursing and technical care Realize basic and technical nursing: injections, dressings, infusions, preparation and distribution of medications, taking vital signs, clinical surveillance. Evaluate the health status of residents and adapt care according to their situation. Manage emergency situations and apply institutional protocols. Document and ensure follow-up of interventions in patient files. Accompaniment and relationship with residents Offer comprehensive care focused on dignity, security, and well-being. Maintain a trusting atmosphere, actively listen to needs, and promote autonomy. Ensure continuity of the link with families and loved ones. Interdisciplinary collaboration Work closely with multidisciplinary teams Participate actively in transmissions, clinical reflections, and continuous quality improvement. Profile Recognized diploma: Nurse (HES, ES, or CRS recognition) required for foreign diplomas. First experience in EMS is an asset, but not mandatory. Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and ability to manage priorities. Excellent interpersonal and human skills. Ease in adapting to different institutional environments.
