Your daily missions:
You ensure technical care (dressings, samplings, injections) and medication distribution with rigor.
You accompany residents in managing their chronic pathologies and ensure their overall comfort.
You actively participate in the development and follow-up of personalized care projects, in line with the interdisciplinary team.
You coordinate external service providers' interventions (treating physicians, physical therapists).
You play a central role in communication with families, providing reassurance and expertise.
Your benefits and working conditions:
Attractive schedule: 10-hour or 11-hour days, without any cut-off services!
Weekends preserved: Only one weekend worked per month on average, a rarity in the sector!
Remuneration: From €2,250 gross monthly (including the Ségur), with possible seniority reintegration according to your career path.
