Under the responsibility of the Nurse Coordinator (IDE) and within a multidisciplinary team, you ensure the safety and quality of care:
- Clinical Expertise: Evaluation of the health status of residents, performance of technical care (complex dressings, samplings, treatment management) and follow-up of electronic care records.
- Coordination: Link with families, attending physicians, and external interveners (kinés, speech therapists).
- Quality Management: Active participation in the ISO 9001 process (traceability, protocols, continuous improvement) and proximity coaching of the AS/AMP team.
- Life Projects: Involvement in personalized projects for residents, particularly in non-medical approaches to cognitive disorders.

- Contract: Full-time CDI contract (part-time negotiable)
- Team of 6 IDEs, including 3 full-time employees
- Day shift of 8 hours + weekend shift of 10 hours - Fixed schedule of 6 weeks / work one weekend every three weeks
- Attractive remuneration: Application of the CCN51 Convention (decentralized premium, Sunday and public holiday bonuses): €15,973 per hour minimum.
