The Domino Care Angers agency is looking for one of its clients, an EHPAD (nursing home) in the Chemillé region (49), for a Nurse (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI).
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Performing technical care, relational care, and end-of-life support care
- Carrying out AGGIR grid assessments with the team
- Participating, with the help of the nursing team, in the development of the care plan, its implementation, and its evaluation
- Organizing and coordinating the work of the paramedical team to ensure continuous care
- Collaborating in the assessment of residents' dependency levels
- Participating in the development of the care file, guaranteeing it, and ensuring its proper maintenance
- Acting as the link between the coordinating physician, the nursing care manager (IDEC), the nursing team, and the director
- Ensuring the medication circuit
- Managing medical equipment and devices
- Informing families about residents' health status
- Handling administrative tasks inherent to resident support (appointments, prescription renewals...)
Variable working hours according to the communicated schedule: Week: 1 morning and 1 evening
Tuesday and Thursday: 1 day shift, Weekend: 1 split shift
Contract: 80% permanent contract (CDI)
Department of the workplace: 49
City: Chemillé-en-anjou
Experience: Desired experience: 2-5 years
Salary: from 30000EUR to 35000EUR per YEAR + . You hold a State Diploma in Nursing
You have previous experience in an EHPAD
