The main missions include providing care and accompanying residents within a medical-social establishment.

- Ensure comprehensive care for residents while respecting established care protocols

- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and follow personalized care plans

- Participate in evaluating the needs of residents and adapting interventions accordingly

- Monitor the safety and well-being of residents by monitoring their health status and reporting anomalies

- Contribute to ongoing training and improving professional practices within the establishment
