In a facility dedicated to the elderly, you will work under the responsibility of the head of the department to ensure optimal medical follow-up.

- Perform curative care, including wound dressings and oral or injectable therapies
- Implement listening techniques to help residents verbalize their needs and pain
- Analyze the residents' situations and make nursing diagnoses by formulating care objectives
- Develop and evaluate action plans for care delegated to nursing assistants
- Ensure the complete management of nursing care files and ensure their regular updating

Here are the proposed conditions for this position:
- Contract: Permanent contract (CDI)
- Salary: 15 euros/hour
- 5-week rotation: 7 am-6:30 pm / 8 am-8 pm / 8 am-3:30 pm
- 2 nurses/weekend

- You have a proven ability to listen and respond to residents' needs
- You have the capacity to evaluate and diagnose care situations
- You hold a State Diploma in Nursing, no experience required
- You know how to supervise and collaborate with other professionals in the facility
