In a dedicated environment for caring for the elderly, you will be responsible for providing curative care while ensuring attentive follow-up on residents' needs
- Provide curative care, such as wound dressings and therapies, to ensure excellent medical service
- Encourage residents' expression of their needs, anxieties, and pains, in order to offer adapted support
- Collaborate with the team to evaluate residents' needs, establish nursing diagnoses, and define care objectives
- Supervise and coordinate the work of caregivers, by developing personalized care action sheets
- Ensure pharmacy stock management and monitor compliance with hygiene and safety procedures
