In an elderly care home, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a service manager
- Execute curative care including dressings and therapies
- Implement listening techniques to respond to residents
- Identify and analyze the needs of pensioners
- Manage patient care records and pharmacies
- Functionally supervise auxiliary staff and ensure information transmission
Our client's proposal for this position is as follows:
- Contract: CDI
- Salary: €15 per hour We are looking for a Nurse to work in an Elderly Care Home, possessing varied and polyvalent skills.
- State Nursing Diploma required to ensure high-level care
- Proven competence in curative care, including oral therapies and injections
- Ability to actively listen and accompany residents in expressing their needs
- Expertise in managing patient care records and pharmacies
- Capacity to work in a multidisciplinary team and supervise auxiliary staff and maintenance agents
