- Realize curative care while respecting established medical protocols
- Implement listening techniques to facilitate communication with residents
- Perform analysis of needs and establish necessary nursing diagnoses
- Supervise and delegate tasks to healthcare teams and support staff
- Ensure management and verification of pharmaceutical and medical supplies stocks

- Mastery of curative care such as dressings and injectable therapies
- Competence in active listening techniques and analysis of residents' needs
- Ability to make nursing diagnoses and define care objectives
- Rigorous organization and management of patient care files
- State-issued Nursing Diploma required for this position
