As an employment agency, we have expertise particularly in the field of disability. The nurse (F/H) intervenes with children and adolescents with multiple disabilities to ensure their medical follow-up, coordinate care, and contribute to their overall well-being. He/She works with a multidisciplinary team: two other nurses, a doctor from the establishment, specialized educators, psychomotor therapists, occupational therapists, ergotherapists, caregivers, etc...

His/her missions include (non-exhaustive list):

- Medical and paramedical care: perform routine care (injections, blood draws, treatment administration, etc.), participate in daily medical surveillance (management of constancies, prevention of complications, etc.), manage emergencies in collaboration with internal teams and external emergency services ;

- Accompanying young people: ensure individualized follow-up taking into account the specifics of multiple disabilities, monitor comfort, hygiene, and safety, contribute to the development of autonomy and well-being of residents ;

- Coordination and teamwork: ensure continuity and complementarity of care, plan and implement care protocols, participate in meetings and track personalized projects, supervise and accompany caregivers and auxiliaries in the delivery of care ;

- Management and organization of care: update medical records and ensure their traceability, manage medical supplies and medication stocks, respect and apply hygiene and safety protocols in force ;

- Link with families: inform and accompany families on the care provided and the health status of their child, be attentive to family concerns and provide adapted support ;

Here are the details of the opportunity :
- Contract: CDD
- Duration: 6 months
- Salary: €2,700 per month (with seniority reintegration)

- State nursing diploma required to apply for this position ;
- Training or experience in pediatrics or with people with disabilities is an asset ;

Technical skills :
- Mastery of routine care ;
- Knowledge of pathologies associated with multiple disabilities ;
- Management of computer tools for medical records ;

Human skills :
- Ability to work with non-verbal children or those with expression difficulties ;
