Within a dedicated environment for the elderly, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and health of residents.
- Administer daily care services while respecting medical protocols
- Evaluate the health needs of residents to adapt the care provided
- Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to optimize resident care
- Ensure the rigorous maintenance and updating of medical records
- Actively participate in team meetings to improve the quality of care and services provided Nurse sought after to accompany, care for and assist residents of an Elderly Care Home with benevolence and professionalism
- Holding a State Diploma in Nursing is required for this position
- Show empathy and patience towards elderly people
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Ensure the provision of high-quality nursing care
- Maintain clear and respectful communication with residents and their families
