Job titles or functions are declaimed in both masculine and feminine forms. As a Nurse / Nurse (H/F), you will occupy a central role combining technical skills and relational qualities. Your days will be punctuated by various essential missions :
Technical Care: Realization of blood tests, preparation, verification, and administration of treatments (morning and noon), dressing changes and other technical care according to needs.
Daily Accompaniment: Active participation in helping with toileting, supporting nurse aides, to ensure the comfort and dignity of residents.
Coordination of Care: Organization and follow-up of medical appointments, adjustment of comfort care and active participation in medical-social coordination for holistic care.
Active Participation: Implication in times of regulation and team meetings, essential for the smooth operation of the structure and continuous improvement of practices.
It is important to keep in mind that this structure is above all a place of life, not a hospital. The people welcomed have the possibility of leaving during the day and evening (outside medical appointments), which creates a unique and enriching dynamic.
