Within an institution dedicated to seniors, you will be responsible for providing quality care while ensuring the well-being of residents.
- Ensure the administration of medical treatments respecting the prescriptions of healthcare professionals
- Carry out follow-up and surveillance of the health status of residents
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Participate in welcoming, informing, and supporting residents as well as their families
- Contribute to managing medical files while ensuring the confidentiality of personal information
