- Ensure the management of written and oral transmissions to guarantee continuity of care
- Prepare and administer medications according to prescriptions and treatment plans
- Perform blood draws as well as glucose control tests, respecting established protocols
- Realize wound dressings following directives and taking into account resident specifics
- Coordinate daily care organization and medication preparation for the next day
