Founded over a century ago, the Camille Miret Institute is a private non-profit institution recognized as being of public utility. It is a true pillar of mental health in the Lot department (46), managing more than 30 structures spread throughout the department. Diversity of care: A psychiatric hospital (Leyme), CMPs, medical-social structures (MAS, FAM, EHPAD specialized), and social rehabilitation services. Geographic range: Posts to fill in Leyme, but also potentially in Figeac, Cahors, Gourdon, or Saint-Céré. We are looking for 30 IDEs to strengthen our teams within our various healthcare and medical-social structures in the Lot department. ¿ Why choose ICM for your career? Clinical versatility: Inpatient interviews, therapeutic mediations, psychiatric emergency management, and life path coordination. Multidisciplinary teams: Collaborative work with psychiatrists, psychologists, educators, and reeducators. Autonomy: A wide space is left for the nurse's initiative and the creation of innovative care projects. Within the MAS, you are responsible for ensuring the safety and continuity of care. You work closely with caregivers and AES staff in a framework where relational approach is as important as technical skill. Technical care: Management of treatments, dressings, samplings, comfort care, and vital sign surveillance. Coordination: You ensure the link between the medical team (psychiatrist doctors, general practitioners) and the paramedical team. Evaluation: You identify emergency situations and clinical signs of pain or discomfort in often non-verbal residents. Accompaniment: You participate in developing individualized care projects and advise the team on good health practices. ¿ Conditions and Remuneration Salary: According to Collective Convention 51 (FEHAP) with a 100% seniority reprise. Estimated average salary for a beginner profile: approximately €2,600 - €2,800 gross (including Ségur/Laforcade primes, excluding Sunday/festival primes). Working conditions: No shift work.
