You will integrate into a welcoming structure with 47 residents with diverse profiles (dependent individuals and/or presenting neurological disorders). You will join a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care during the summer period.

- Ensure daily nursing care to residents with attention and diligence
- Collaborate with the medical team to develop personalized care plans
- Follow up on the health status of residents and report any significant changes
- Manage medical records and administrative files while respecting confidentiality
- Participate in team meetings to improve the quality of care provided
Your Working Conditions
We are committed to offering a balanced schedule for our colleagues, even during the summer:
- Weekends: only 1 Saturday morning out of 3
- Hours: end of service no later than 19h30.
- Technical environment: Use of the NetSoins software.
Your Work Environment
You won't be alone! You will work within a complete care team including:
- 2 Nurses (IDE)
- 1 Health Care Manager
- 1 Occupational Therapist
- A committed care team We are looking for a motivated Nurse, ready to join a Residential and Long-term Care Home on a fixed-term contract without prior experience necessary.
- Ability to provide high-quality care to older adults
- Empathy and patience in a human and caring environment
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with the team and families
- Certification: State Diploma of Nurse required
- Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic working environment
