A dedicated team to the health sector just for you. How would you like to exercise your nursing skills within a renowned clinic?
- Ensure the quality of care: You ensure the proper functioning of patient stays, respecting care protocols and hygiene and safety rules in preoperative and postoperative settings.
- Accompany the patient: You will be a true support for patients and their families, accompanying them throughout their journey, from admission to discharge.
- Coordinate the team: You will ensure coordination of teams around the patient, guaranteeing optimal care.
- Administrative and logistical management: You will participate in managing patient files, service meetings, and working groups.
That's what our client is offering you:
- A full-time CDI position starting at 2160.55€ (SEGUR included). Your experience will be fully taken into account in your salary.
- Attractive remuneration: Thirteenth-month bonuses, participation and interest, a 1500€ welcome bonus, as well as a replacement bonus to reward your commitment.
- Practical benefits: Active CSE, free parking, on-site catering, company social worker, workplace psychologist, QVCT animation, …
Night shifts are also available with additional benefits such as a salary increase, compensatory rest depending on your schedules, and a night flat-rate bonus. Candidates must demonstrate their expertise in nighttime nursing care in a clinic, with required experience in surgery.
- Hold a State Nursing Diploma
- Prior experience in a clinic, ideally in a surgical unit
- Ability to work at night with efficiency and autonomy
- A keen sense of responsibility and professional rigor
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
