In this healthcare facility, you will ensure patient care during surgery services at night.
- Ensure quality of care: You will oversee patient stay, respecting care protocols, hygiene rules, and safety guidelines in preoperative and postoperative settings.
- Accompany the patient: You will be a true support for patients and their families, accompanying them throughout their journey, from admission to discharge.
- Coordinate the team: You will ensure coordination of teams around the patient, guaranteeing optimal care.
- Administrative and logistical management: You will participate in patient file management, service meetings, and working groups.
- CDI and stability: A full-time position starting at 2160.65€ gross monthly (SEGUR included), offering stability and recognition of your expertise.
- Attractive remuneration: Various bonuses, 13th month, participation, interest, loyalty bonus (1500€), night shift bonus (200€/month), night surcharge (17% hourly rate) as well as a replacement premium to reward your involvement.
