Join an agency that places people and your work-life balance at the heart of its priorities. Under the authority of the Management, and as part of a multidisciplinary team, the nurse will be primarily responsible for:
- participating in liaison and coordination missions between management, the coordinating physician, the individuals being supported, external stakeholders and partners, as well as families;
- ensuring the quality of care provided in collaboration with the nursing assistants of the service;
- participating in the management of administrative and logistical aspects related to the medical and paramedical support of residents;
- developing individualized support plans for the individuals being supported, in agreement with the support plans defined by the team;
- participating in the development of the ACT service project, and in the service quality assessment process...

- Salary: between 14.1 euros/hour and 23.38 euros/hour


The position is to be filled on a part-time basis: 0.7 FTE equivalent to 24.50 hours per week, distributed as follows:
Monday: 9 am-12:30 pm 1 pm-5 pm
Tuesday: 9 am-12:00 pm
Wednesday: 9 am-12:30 pm 1 pm-4:30 pm
Thursday: 9 am-12:30 pm 1 pm-4:30 pm
Available: an automatic or manual service vehicle
Handover period of at least 1 day

- No on-call duty on weekends We are looking for a motivated Nurse (M/F) to join a medico-social establishment, with no prior experience required.

- Dynamism and enthusiasm to learn and grow in the medico-social field
- Communication and active listening skills to interact with patients and the team
- Concern for the well-being of beneficiaries and commitment to providing quality care
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and adapt to various situations
- State Diploma of Nurse (Diplôme d'État d'Infirmier(e)) required to practice legally in the profession
