Within a renowned healthcare establishment, you will actively participate in patient care by ensuring constant high-quality care
- Ensure medical follow-up and administration of prescribed treatments to patients
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to promote holistic approaches to care
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Ensure precise and complete documentation of patient medical records
- Inform and support patients and their families regarding their care journey
Our client's proposal for this position is as follows :
- Contract: CDD
- Duration: 6 months
- Salary: €2,500 per month We are looking for a competent Nurse (F/H) with initial experience to join a dynamic team at Châtillon within a hospital.
- Solid nursing skills with proven ability to manage complex and varied situations
- State-approved Nursing Diploma desired, ensuring expertise and knowledge of best medical practices
- Excellent communication skills, allowing for effective interaction with patients and the medical team
- Ability to work in a team while demonstrating autonomy and initiative in daily tasks
- Keen sense of organization and precision in executing care and administrative follow-up
