Your essential mission will be to provide high-quality nursing care to residents of an establishment dedicated to the elderly. In detail, your responsibilities will be :
- Ensure nursing care while respecting established medical protocols.
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care projects.
- Coordinate interventions by various healthcare professionals.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement of care.
- Encourage residents' autonomy and participate in their daily well-being. We are looking for a nurse (F/H) with initial professional experience to work in an establishment for the elderly.
- State nursing diploma required.
- Keen sense of ethics and respect for confidentiality.
- Good communication skills to interact with patients and medical staff.
- Ability to adapt to diverse situations.
- Teamwork aptitude to provide the best possible care.
