- State Nursing Diploma required to practice in a clinical setting
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues, fostering a caring environment
- Capacity to work as part of a team, respecting protocols and establishment standards
- Rigor in applying medical procedures, ensuring patient safety and well-being
- Empathy and service sense, providing psychological and physical support to patients throughout their care journey
