- Ensure daily monitoring of the residents' health status
- Administer medical treatments prescribed by healthcare staff
- Coordinate care by closely collaborating with medical and paramedical personnel
- Manage and follow up on resident medical files
- Provide psychological support to residents and their families We are looking for a (F/H) Nurse for an Elderly Care Establishment, with no prior experience required.
- State-issued Nursing Diploma required to ensure high-quality care
- Exceptional relational skills to create a trusting atmosphere with residents and their families
- Ability to adapt to the various and unpredictable needs of daily life in the establishment
- Keen observational sense to quickly identify changes in resident health status
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with diverse healthcare professionals
