- Mastery of blood sampling techniques and knowledge of medical analyses
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent interpersonal skills and listening skills with patients
- Holder of the State Diploma in Nursing
- Sense of rigorous organization and priority management
