Join the 30,000 employees of Appel Médical and benefit from numerous assignments and jobs best suited to your desires and skills while enjoying numerous exclusive services and benefits.
The functions or titles are declined in feminine as well as masculine. As part of a team reinforcement for October, we are looking for a State Registered Nurse (IDE) available to work on a schedule of one weekend out of four.
Work organization: 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM), ideal for balancing professional and personal life.
Working conditions: You work in a pair (2 nurses) during the week. On weekends, you manage care autonomously (1 nurse) without dedicated nursing assistant support (possibility of support from a nursing assistant at 7:30 AM, one weekend out of two, depending on the service's needs).
Main missions: Management of technical and relational care, distribution of treatments, monitoring of computerized care records, and coordination of resident care. You must hold a Bac+3 degree and have at least 0 months of experience. Diploma required: Holder of the State Diploma of Nurse (IDE).
Key skills: You demonstrate great autonomy, an excellent sense of responsibility, and the ability to manage priorities, qualities essential for managing the weekend day alone.
Soft skills: Proactive, rigorous, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills with dependent elderly people as well as their families. Previous experience in an EHPAD or geriatrics is an asset, but motivated and autonomous junior profiles are welcome.
