Expert Intensive Care Nurse H/F

Job Description: Take on a thrilling challenge as an expert intensive care nurse H/F for our renowned client. We are looking for expert intensive care nurses H/F for a full-time position at 100%. Ensure patient care by providing autonomous nursing care in a logic of safety, efficiency, and comfort. Perform medical delegated acts and master the technical gestures that follow. Ensure surveillance of patients' health status and monitor vital signs. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust care plans as needed. Develop and maintain knowledge of current medical practices, technologies, and research findings. Contribute to the development of new nursing procedures and protocols. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes. Provide education and training to other healthcare professionals on best practices and evidence-based care. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of patients' medical histories, diagnoses, treatments, and medications. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
